Brett Baran is a strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience working with clients across a wide range of fitness levels and goals. Throughout his career as a personal trainer, fitness manager, and group fitness coach, Brett has worked with major fitness brands including GoodLife Fitness, LA Fitness, F45, and CrossFit. These experiences have allowed him to work with hundreds of individuals and develop a diverse approach in injury rehabilitation, strength, conditioning, movement, and performance.
Brett’s philosophy is simple: strength is a pathway to longevity. He believes that building strength, capacity, and resilience in the gym not only improves physical performance but also better prepares people for the challenges life can throw their way.
His own athletic background reflects this philosophy. Brett has competed in powerlifting, HYROX, and Spartan races and continues to pursue activities that challenge his strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Outside of the fitness industry, Brett is also a first responder. His professional experience includes working as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter and, currently, as a Confined Space Rescue Technician. This background has given him firsthand experience with the physical demands of high-stress, physically demanding environments and further shaped his approach to training for real-world performance.
Whether the goal is to restore full range of motion, move without pain, build strength, improve body composition, or simply become more capable and resilient, Brett brings the knowledge, experience, and practical approach to help clients get there.
